SilverCare helps your loved one coordinate the replacement or delivery of their household gas cylinder through an appropriate supplier. We take care of the practical coordination, helping reduce the need for an older person to manage the process themselves.

How it works:

• Provide us with the necessary gas cylinder and delivery details.
• We coordinate the request with the appropriate supplier.
• The supplier arranges the cylinder replacement or delivery.
• SilverCare confirms completion with you or your loved one.

Please note: SilverCare provides coordination and support only. The gas cylinder and supplier charges are separate from the SilverCare service fee. Cylinder handling, installation and any technical work must be carried out by the appropriate supplier or qualified person. However, due to shortage of suppliers, SilverCare would go above and beyond occasionally for the replacement of the gas cylinder but will not be liable or responsible for any faulty or item or equipment.
